Gift of Play! Gift of Play is the City of Renton's Recreation & Neighborhoods scholarship program. This program is funded entirely through generous donations from individuals, service organizations, local businesses, and grants. With limited funds available we strive to serve those most in need. Scholarships are for youth under 18 years of age, adults 55 years and over, and participants in Adaptive Recreation Programming and Special Olympics. For more information visit Gift of Play
