While this race is set up to help fund the Athens Fair, we would like to recognize the organization that helps to administer and set up the race.  The Athens Area Trails Association volunteers maintain, promote and protect the silent sports trails within the Village of Athens.  The Athens Fair Fun Run/Walk uses some of these trails.  Please consider donating in addition to your race registration to help support these beautiful trails. For 2026 AATA is trying to purchase a new Tidd Tech XC Ski Trail groomer.  We are about $1000 short.  Please consider donating through this portal to aid in this purchase that will be used for years to come!
