Dear Community Partner,
The Beaver Bolt is back for its 10th year after having to be pushed back due to construction at our campus. The Beaver Bolt is a 5k run/walk and kids’ quarter mile race to support the Augusta Elementary School. This is the main fundraiser of the school year for elementary students. The proceeds fund classroom activities, field trips, needs that arise to support our students, and hosting parent/community education events. The 10th annual Beaver Bolt will be taking place on October 19th, 2024 at our beautiful new campus in Augusta, WI. We anticipate over 400 attendees this year as the Beaver Bolt makes its appearance once again.
The Beaver Bolt committee would like to cordially invite you to become a partner in education with your sponsorship of this wonderful event! We are offering four tiers of support options:
◊ “Beaver Buddy” A $100 contribution will include your name or business to be printed on the back of the race shirts, without a logo. This is a wonderful option for families to show their support to their school! Many may wish to recognize a loved one by designating “in honor of” or “in memory of” in their donation.
◊ “Beaver Backer” A $200 contribution will include your name or business on the back of the race shirts, with your logo, and inclusion on Beaver Bolt social media/website advertising.
◊ “Beaver Partner” A $300 contribution will give your name or business the recognition of your logo on the back of each race shirt, inclusion on Beaver Bolt social media/website advertising, as well as on the marquee on the front lawn of the school for the entire month of November.
◊ “Beaver All-Star” A $500+ contribution will provide your business a larger, more prominent logo on the back of the race shirt, and two entries to this year’s Beaver Bolt- which includes the race shirt! We will also advertise your business on social media as well as on the marquee on the front lawn of the school for the entire month of November. Also, we can discuss including any promotional materials you have in the participant’s registration bag.
All sponsorships must be received by Friday August 30th, 2024 to be guaranteed all of your promotions. Also, we are affiliated with a registered 501c3 non-profit, so your contribution is tax deductible.
