Walk to End Alzheimer's - Kewaunee

All Donations of $100+ will include a Sign of Support. 

A sign of support is placed along the Community Walk to End Alzheimer's route at Kewaunee High School on October 17, 2026.  Each sign proudly displays the donor's name, tribute, or message of their choosing. 

This payment is due by September 27, 2026. 

Funds raised from the Sign of Support will benefit the care, support, advocacy, and research efforts of the Alzheimers Association. Thank you for helping us reach our vision of a world without Alzheimer's disease!
