Advanced Employment is a private, not-for-profit corporation that provides community based vocational services to adults with a wide range of disabilities. AE believes that every person should have the opportunity to work in the community. Our mission is to provide the training, assistance, and support needed for each individual served by the organization to successfully access and maintain a community job placement. At AE, we work very hard to support individuals in pursuing valuable work experience, reaching for their goals and wishes, and cultivating purposeful vocational activity. It’s not always easy and some aspirations are a bit out there, even for us, but we attempt it. We do this because we know how life changing it can be to provide adequate resources for individuals who often face barriers in their everyday lives. This is why Advanced Employment’s slogan is “be the bridge”- because every staff member we employ makes it their mission to become a bridge between our clients and the world around them.
We have been in operation for 30 years, celebrating our Anniversary at this Run Walk Roll Event, June 25th 2022.
