Shoe Some Love, provided by employees of FNBRF, partners with community-based nonprofit organizations and schools to get new athletic shoes to children in need. The proceeds from our FNBRF 5K provides funds to purchase tennis shoes for local kids in need in the River Falls and Prescott communities.  Your donation tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty and helps children attend school in comfort and with dignity, better prepared to learn and play! Since inception, 3,900 pairs of shoes and socks have been donated. 

Prior to school starting each year, our 5K Committee partners with the River Falls and Prescott School Supply Give Away Events to provide children with a pair of brand name athletic shoes for use in gym class and/or after school sports. This greatly reduces the burden on families and our schools with providing good shoes for kids in need as they prepare for a successful school year.
