Elevate, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization formed in 2014 through the merger of Nova Services and the Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse. At Elevate we believe that healthy individuals build strong communities. That's why we strive to address the root causes of high-risk behaviors through prevention, intervention and residential programs that focus on drug and alcohol issues, mental health and delinquency.
