Shawn Ramsay was a passionate advocate for individuals on the autism spectrum. She brought two beautiful children into this world; one of which, has autism. Throughout her life, she radiated happiness, love, and light to all the lives she touched- especially her loving husband, Martin.
She dedicated her life to creating opportunities and growth for individuals on the spectrum as a BCBA. With a deep commitment to this field, she worked to spread awareness and positivity through the autism community. Shawn made a profound impact on countless families and any employees she worked with, creating spaces where people with could be recognized for their unique abilities and potential. Her advocacy spanned various programs, initiatives, and groups aimed at improving access to education, support services, and community resources for those affected by autism.
In honor of her legacy, the Shawn Ramsay Autism Scholarship was established to continue her mission of empowering individuals with autism and creating lasting opportunities. The scholarship provides financial support to families that need services at Augusta Levy; helping them overcome barriers to success and ensuring that they have the resources to achieve their goals.
