IMPORTANT PACKET PICK-UP NOTES:
PLEASE do not arrive before 3:00 pm, packets will not be available for pick-up before 3:00 pm.
Packet pick-up is NOT mandatory BUT VERY, VERY (VERY) strongly recommended!
You can pick-up your packets on race morning.
BUT, this is not advised as it could cause long lines.
You CAN pick up packets for friends & family members. Please know their FULL NAMES!
RACE DAY (12/1) DETAILS:

Again, if you are not able to make it to packet pick-up on Tuesday, you are welcome to pick your packets up on race day

**VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ON RACE DISTANCE SWITCHING**
There is NO switching of race distances (10K/5K) after 9:30AM on Race Morning
Switching after 9:30 will get you disqualified.
You MUST notify the Registration Tent prior to the race (preferably DAYS before!) if you would like to drop your distance.
Note for 10K:There is a timing mat that you MUST cross over at mile 2.5 (turn around), if you do not cross over this mat, you will be DQ’d.

9:45 AM Pre-Race Meeting
9:55 AM National Anthem
10:00 AM ½-Mile Kids’ Fun Run Start
10:10 AM 10K Start
10:15 AM 5K Start
10:17 AM 2-Mile Walk Start
10:30-12:00 AM Let the after party begin!
(hot chocolate, snacks, bounce houses, costume winners, awards ceremony (11:15 am+/-)
