FAQ
There are two places to park:
-
The Main Park Lot: Rigby Park has its own paved parking lot located right off Ferndale Avenue. This is the closest lot to the main pavilion, registration, and the start/finish area, but it fills up first. If you want a spot here, plan to arrive early.
-
On-Street Parking: Once the main lot is full, plenty of legal street parking is available along Ferndale Avenue and the surrounding side streets in the immediate borough neighborhood. Just be sure to mind local driveways and any temporary race-day parking signs.
There are permanent, ADA-accessible restroom facilities are located right by the main pavilion inside Rigby Park, which recently underwent major renovations. There are no guaranteed public restrooms directly on the trail section of the 5K, so it is highly recommended to use the facilities at Rigby Park before
You can register up until September 12th at 8:30am, however this is not recommended and you must register by August 28th to recieve a performance t-shirt.
Packet pickup is handled entirely on race morning at the event site:
-
Where: Under the main pavilion at Rigby Park (where the registration tables are set up).
-
When: Tables open at 7:30 AM on race morning.
-
What to Expect: You will just need to give the volunteers your name to get your race bib, timing chip, and your event t-shirt (if you pre-registered before the late-August cutoff).
all entry fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Yes! To make it smooth for the person helping you out, just make sure they have the following:
-
Your Confirmation Email or QR Code: When you registered, RunSignup emailed you a confirmation containing a specific barcode/QR code. If your proxy has a screenshot of that QR code on their phone, the volunteers can scan it and hand over your bib and t-shirt in seconds.
-
Your Full Name and Age: If they can't find the email, the volunteers can easily look you up manually by your name, but having your exact registration details handy prevents any mix-ups.
