In partnership with the City of Avondale, Estrella Mountain Community College proudly hosts the annual Veterans Day Ceremony and Run — an event dedicated to honoring our veterans and supporting student veterans who face financial barriers in pursuing higher education. 

100% of the proceeds from the Vet Run will benefit the Dr. Ernest Lara – EMCC Veterans Scholarship Fund, which provides vital financial assistance to student veterans pursuing their education at Estrella Mountain Community College.
