The Trail to Ale 10K will have two water stops, one in Payson Park after the 2-mile mark and one in the Back Cove parking lot after the 4-mile mark.

The Bayside Ride will have two rest stops, one at Underwood Park in Falmouth and one at Sandy Point Beach on Cousins Island. There is also a restroom available at Sandy Point Beach. Please note that if you're biking the 15-mile route, you'll only have one rest stop.

Are there restrooms?

Yes, there will be portable restrooms available near the start line in the parking lot of Marathon Sports and near the finish line next to 38 Diamond Street.

For those running or walking the Trail to Ale 10K, there are public restrooms available at Payson Park and near the Back Cove parking lot.

For those biking the Bayside Ride, there is a public restroom available at Sandy Point Beach.

Can I run with a stroller or my dog?

If you're running the Trail to Ale 10K OR the Trail Mix 2-Miler, please do not bring a stroller or a dog. The course is narrow at times, especially on the Bayside Trail, and strollers and dogs can pose safety hazards.

However, if you're walking, you may bring a stroller or a dog. If you encounter any runners, please yield to them and make room on the trail so they can pass safely.

Are water and snacks available after I cross the finish line?

Yes! We will have water and Nuun electrolyte water available as well as granola bars and fresh fruit.

Will this event be cancelled if there's bad weather?

This event is rain or shine. However, if the event management team determines that the weather is unsafe, the event will be delayed or cancelled. In that case, we will communicate the decision to all participants.
