Race Day Details
Please Read Through Before Race Day.
- There are 2 Dates - Dec. 14 and Dec 15th. Know which day you are registered for... This is the only date your bib will register and be timed.
- There are no date transfers at this point. All requests have been accommodated and confirmed.
- Location - Riverwinds Community Center - located at 1000 Riverwinds Drive, West Deptford, NJ.
- Race Times:
- Kids 1 MIle Fun Run starts at 8:45am. (have kids checked-in by 8:30am and ready to run at 8:40am
- 5K Races will start at 9am (immediately following the Kids Fun Run)
- Packet Pick Up Times: There are 3 Options - Please See Link Above for Details
- Arrive Early! (especially Saturday) There is another sporting event happening at Riverwinds this weekend, so parking in the main lot will be tight and you may need to park at one of the further lots.
- Parking - Please park in a designated spot only. Do NOT park on grass or curbs. There is plenty of parking, but again - you may need to park near one of the other sports fields and walk a quarter mile.
- Restrooms - There are nice restroom facilities available at Riverwinds. There will also be 2 additional porta pottys near the exit for WOMEN ONLY.
- Kids Run Note: While the kids will be monitored and safe on the course, 1 parent or older sibling may run with the child if desired.
- This event is Rain or Shine
- No Transfers or Refunds
- Awards will take place at approx 10am
- Photos will be emailed and posted by Monday. Photos are free to download.
- Results will be available immediately on this site. They will also be emailed.
The Fun:
- There will be an Elf's Workshop Table with kids activities available before and after the race.
- There will be Holiday Music and Fun all morning long.
- Hot cocoa will be available upon finishing the race. Hot Cocoa is being supplied by Death of the Fox Brewing Co!
- We will have a great Food Truck On-Site. Take advantage and order some great food and hang out!
- We will have Elf Photos available throughout the morning.
