Race Day Details
Following is Important Information Regarding Race Weekend.
- Virtual Runners - Please run your course and report your results to the following link prior to Monday - Dec. 14th. Your items will be mailed to you or you may pick up at the following times. We greatly appreciate anyone who can pick up as shipping is about $10.
- PPU for Virtual: Location for Packet Pick Up is at the GDFAR Office at 675 Bridgeton Pike, Mantua, NJ 08051 (please use side door and come upstairs. We will have a flag there!)
- Friday: 4-6pm
- Saturday: 11am-1pm
- Sunday: 11am -1pm

- Live Runners - Location: 675 Bridgeton Pike, Mantua, NJ 08051 (Please be sure to enter Mantua, 08051 as there is another location 9 miles from here in another town with same address
- Arrival - It is important to arrive approximately 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled race time.
Carpooling is highly suggested as parking is limited. The majority of parking will be in back of building. Overflow parking is on Hillside Terrace (a few hundred yards away). - Check-in is at the tent near the start line. Please wear a mask during check-in. You may start when you are ready to run after checking-in. Ken will discuss course details and answer any questions you may have. Your time will start upon crossing the starting line.
- Course - The course will have signage on all corners and a few volunteers at key spots. 8K/5K split will be clearly marked and there will be a volunteer there. There will be NO water on course.

- If you decide to switch from the 8K to the 5K, please let us know so we can adjust your distance. VERY IMPORTANT
- Hot Cocoa will be available at the Finish!!! Hot Cocoa is provided by Death of the Fox Brewing Co!
- Results: Results will be posted live on this website. Final Results will not be complete until approximately Noon on Sunday.
- Awards will be announced via email and prizes will be mailed.
- If you have any COVID Symptoms or do not feel comfortable running live, you may choose to run Virtually. Please Let us know!!!
- Race is Rain or Shine.
- No Strollers or pets are allowed.
