Q: How do I know if I signed up for the race?

A: Log in to your Run Sign Up account. Click the grey profile icon in the top right corner. Select profile. The race in question should be listed under My Upcoming Events or if you select My Registered Races (under My Upcoming Events) it will also be listed here.

 

Q: Can I transfer my race registration to another race?

A: Yes, up to 30 days prior to race date.

COVID-19 Exception: Due to COVID-19, race transfers will be allowed at any time with the current circumstances and fluidity of this race season.

 

Q: Can I receive a refund for this race?

A: Refunds can be given up to 30 days prior to race date.

Q: Are there any discounts for race registration fees?

A: Unless listed on our social media or announced through the Race Page – registration fees are as posted.

 

Q: Can I exchange my race shirt for a different size before the race?

A: Prior to the race you have to take the shirt size you picked at the time of registration. You can exchange your shirt for a different size after the race has started.

 

Q: Can I do the race virtual even though it’s an in-person race?

A: You can do the race virtual – you will need to arrange to pick your packet including finisher medal ahead of the race. Send an email to race@fleetfeettulsa.com to let us know you’d like to race virtually.

 

Q: Can I register for the race in store instead of online?

A: Our Fleet Feet stores have computers that you can utilize to register. If you need assistance registering please feel free to come inside and we can help you out.

 

Q: Can I pick up my bib and shirt at the race?

A: Yes! If you are unable to pick up your packet in store - it will be at the race registration table prior to the start of the race.

 

Q: Can I register on race day?

A: If there are available spots on race day - we will announce if race day registration is available.

COVID-19 Exception: We are limiting are registration spots for our races at this time. Race day registration will not be available for races at this time unless otherwise stated.

 

Q: Where do I park for the race?

A: Check the race RunSignUp page for race specific parking information.

 

Q: Where do I find a map of the race route?

A: On the race page, you will find a map of the route under the ‘Race Info’ tab.

 

Q: What happens if there’s bad weather on race day?

A: Weather conditions will be monitored on race day. In the case of severe weather, the start times of the races may be delayed. Rain does not cancel race. In the extreme case the weather is severe enough to cancel the race, there will be no makeup date.

 

Q: Will water be provided for participants?

A: Yes! Water will be provided on the route.

COVID-19 Exception: For shorter distances (ex. 5K) we will not be providing water stops at this time. Longer distances will have water stops with unopened water bottles for grab and go by participants. Please dispose of trash in trash bags ONLY.

 

Q: Where do I find the race results?

A: At the top of the race page you will see the ‘Results’ tab. Select the correct distance and type in your bib number or name to see results.

 

Q: How do I submit my race results if I chose the virtual option?

A: You can email your time to race@fleetfeettulsa.com - you will receive a confirmation of receipt response. Please email again if you don’t receive this. Your results should be posted within 2-3 days of the confirmation receipt.

 

Q: My question wasn’t answered. What now?
