10 Week - 10k Azalea Trail Run

Registration for Azalea Trail Run is not necessary to do this program.

Duration: 10 weeks
Information Meeting: Monday, January 6, 2025, at 6pm (At Fleet Feet Mobile)
Start Date: Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 6pm
End Date: Race day on March 22, 2025
We will use email to communicate our workouts, as well as the GroupMe app for interpersonal chatting between coaches and group members.
Enjoy a flat, fast course regardless of choosing the 10 or 5K. Both routes start in downtown Mobile and take participants under the oak canopy of Government street heading westward. The 10K heads a bit deeper into Midtown then both course meet back on Dauphin Street on the return to downtown and the finish on Royal Street.

Free: Good Form Running Clinic
(No registration necessary, however it is nice to keep track and get expectations for attendance)
This Good Form Running clinic is free and open to anyone.
We will be learning proper posture, arm angle, cadence, foot ground contact, and more.
Please bring athletic gear as we will be engaging in place to perform arm swing and cadence drills.
