All Forward Lil' Tri presented by Baptist OrthoNow
Montgomery Whitewater will provide all equipment needed for flatwater paddling; however, athletes will need to bring their own bike and helmet and must wear shoes with secure back straps. No flip flops or Crocs allowed. Kids ages 6-10 must have an adult in the ducky (inflatable kayak) for the water portion of the race. 11-year-olds may paddle on their own. Siblings can pair together.
Please note: This race is not timed, and no official winner will be announced. All participants who register by Friday, April 10th, will receive a race T-shirt and medal. Participants who register after Friday, April 10th, will not receive a t-shirt.
