All Forward Run Paddle Run Adventure Race
Montgomery Whitewater will provide all of the equipment needed for the Creek Channel kayak paddle; however, athletes must wear tennis shoes or water shoes with secure back straps. No flip flops or Crocs allowed.
Please note: This race is not timed. Overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners in both female and male categories  will receive a medal. All participants who register by Friday, April 10th, will receive a race t-shirt. Participants who register after Friday, April 10th, will not receive a t-shirt.
