Want to improve your time? Or set a PR? Is this your first 5k, 10K or Half Marathon? We have a 12 week training plan option that can be customized to your goals! This training plan is designed for you by a long time running and triathlete coach.

This online training program will include weekly written plans to include running and strength training. Program begins Sep 13 and final date to register is Oct 20.
