Heat 4 is a fun run or walk. This heat encourages new runners or walkers to participate in a race who might not be ready for a 5K. This heat is timed and those times will be factored in for awards, but if you’re a competitive runner, please run in the Age Group or Elite heats. We encourage runners that have run in previous heats to accompany friends and family in this heat.
