Event: The SUCK - 12 Hour Event

The SUCK -
Mandatory Gear:
• Ruck Sack / Backpack - I personally recommend a 60 liter / 3500 cubic inch
• CamelBak hydration plus pack - recommend 70 - 100 oz
• 1 large military style duffle bag
• Life Jacket
• 8lb (3.6 kg) sledgehammer
• Old car tire
• Guys 2 x 50lb (22.7 kg) sandbags
• Gals 2 x 30lb (13.6 kg) sandbags
• 2 x 5 gallon (19 liters) buckets
• Headlamp
• Duct tape
Recommended Gear:
• Trail Shoes
• Work gloves
• Workout gear
• Warm/cold weather gear
• Plenty of food, water & electrolytes for the entire 12 hours, there are no aid stations
• Suggested - snake bit kit, poison ivy/oak remedy, first aid kit

Open to ages 18 - 99.
