*Virtual 5K* Run, walk or roll on a 5K (3.1 miles) route or route of your choice on a trail, in your neighborhood, park, track, or treadmill. Track yourself using a stopwatch, GPS watch, running app, or other timing method. Submit your results in runsignup page or email to sodgoc@gmail.org
