“Free” Fundraising “Fun Run”: 9 Salutations (of 12 poses) = 108
Choose your sequence: Sun Salutations and/or Moon Salutations. Choose your challenge date between the Full Raven (or “Worm”) Moon on March 7th, 2023, and the Equinox on March 20th, 2023. Complete nine (9) rounds of sun salutations (12 poses each round) for a total of 108 yoga poses. Or modify the moon salutation sequence to reduce number of poses to 12 (see FAQs) and complete 9 rounds of sun+moon salutations or 9 rounds of moon salutations. If you can complete this challenge in a day, go for it! If it takes 9 days, take your time and conquer this thing, go for that 108! in number of poses.
