A team consists of at least 2 runners and no more than 10 runners - (or 12 if using the "unofficial exchange" during Legs 5 and 9)

Each team is responsible for having their team members at Exchanges on the course, and getting your team members not running the last leg back to the Start/Finish line.

Ultra Loopy

This division is for experienced ultra runners only. You must show proof of finishing at least two previous 50+ mile running events.

There is only ONE drop bag station - Exchange 5.

This is for anyone who wants to run alongside a REGISTERED RUNNER as a buddy. It doesn't not include any of the race perks (shirt, medal, food)
