MAIN Course - Individual
The Main Course - This is a standard Super Sprint distance triathlon consisting of:
* 400 meter (0.24 mile) swim (17 lengths of a 25y outdoor pool in your own split lane)
* 10 km (6.2 mile) bike ride (12 loops on the streets around AHS + Memorial Park, clockwise)
* 2.5 km (1.6 mile) run (3 loops on sidewalk around AHS + Memorial Park counter clockwise)

RELAY TEAM - Main Course
The Main Course - Relay is for participants competing in the main course Super Sprint distance triathlon in teams of 2 or 3 people.
Each person does a different leg of the race (swim, bike, run). In the case of a 2-member team, one person does any two of the legs.
Registration fee is only charged for the FIRST team member. Subsequent team members can be added later without paying a fee.

Participants who are the parents/guardians of kids who are also competing in the short course should indicate this in the friends/family section of the registration form.
