MAIN Course - Individual ADULT (18+)
The Main Course - Adult division is for participants aged 18 and up. This is a standard Super Sprint distance triathlon consisting of:
* 400 meter (0.24 mile) swim (17 lengths of a 25y outdoor pool in your own split lane)
* 10 km (6.2 mile) bike ride (12 loops on the streets around AHS + Memorial Park, clockwise)

RELAY TEAM - Main Course - ADULT or ADULT+YOUTH
The Main Course - Relay Adult or Adult/Youth division is for participants competing in the main course Super Sprint distance triathlon in teams of 2 or 3 people, where at least one of the team members is 18+.
Each person does a different leg of the race (swim, bike, run). In the case of a 2-member team, one person does any two of the legs.
Registration fee is only charged for the FIRST team member. Subsequent team members can be added later without paying a fee.
