Event: 5K Run/Walk (7:45 a.m.) - Ages 18 and Up

This is a 5K run/walk open to all ages and abilities. Come enjoy some morning exercise on your Sunday morning. Entry includes a tshirt, finisher medal, eligibility for age group awards and - because we are all kids sometimes - a post-race sno cone.

Open to ages 18 - 99.

Open to Boys and Girls ages 13 to 15 years old on race day. Entry includes a tshirt, finisher medal, eligibility for age group awards and post-race sno cone.

Event: Individual Division:4-6 Years Old - Competitive (No Parent Assistance)

This division is for boys and girls ages 4 to 6 years. Parents are not permitted to assist during the race in this division. All entrants are timed and trophies are awarded to the top three boys and girls in the age categories. Entry includes a tshirt, finisher medal, eligibility for age group awards and post-race sno cone.

Event: Individual Division:4-6 Years Old - Non-Competitive (Parent Can Assist-Not Eligible for Trophy)

Open to Boys and Girls ages 4 to 6 years old on race day. In this division, one parent can assist with bike/transition area space set up in the morning before the race, help child out of pool, help during transition from swim to bike (tying shoes, put on helmet, clothes, etc), and may run alongside during run leg. This is different than the Parent/Child Team where the parent swims in the pool and completes the other 2 legs. This division is timed but trophies are not awarded.

Entry includes a tshirt, finisher medal and post-race sno cone.

Open to ages 4 - 6.

Event: Parent/Child Team: 7-10 Years

This category is for one child ages 7 to 10 years and a parent (can also be older sibling, grandparent, etc). Fill out the form with the child's name (it will ask you for the participating adult's name later in form). Both participants complete the entire event together. Please note that helmets are required for all participants during bike leg. Entry includes a tshirt, finisher medal for the child, eligibility for age group awards and post-race sno cone.

Open to ages 7 - 11.

Event: Parent/Child Team: 3-6 Years

This category is for one child ages 3 to 6 years and a parent (can also be older sibling, grandparent, etc). Fill out the form with the child's name (it will ask you for the participating adult's name later in form). Both participants complete the entire event together. Please note that helmets are required for all participants during bike leg. In this division, the adult has the choice to run alongside the child during the bike leg, or, ride on a bike. Entry includes a tshirt, finisher medal for the child, eligibility for age group awards and post-race sno cone.
