5K Hybrid Challenge

All participants take off together and complete the normal 5K course.
When Hybrid runners return from the 5K, they DO NOT cross the finish line yet.
Head directly into the TFL Hybrid Zone and complete:

Burpees → Bodyweight Lunges → Wall Balls → Finish Line
