Ramona Wine Country 5K

This heat is for all of you competitive athletes out there that really want to get after it and race the course! Only sign up for this heat if you think you have what it takes to be King or Queen of the all terrain.

*If you are between the ages of 8-12 - we ask that you participate in the Fun Run and must have a parent/guardian run with you the entire time, due to the terrain.

*NEW: This heat is for all of you Cross Country athletes out there that really want to have fun and race the course as a team! The team must be at least 3 men, 3 women or 3 mixed. Be sure to list your team name.

*If you are between the ages of 8-12 - we ask that you participate in the Fun Run and must have a parent/guardian run with you the entire time, due to the terrain.

This heat is for all of you athletes and weekend warriors out there that are more interested in having fun along the way than reaching the podium. This division is not timed and no awards.

This event will start once all 5K participants are through the finish-line. You will drink a beer and run 400 meters x 4 rounds to make up the mile course. Must be 21 to participate. There is an Individual category and a Team category. (Teams must have 2-4 members)
