Virtual 5K Run/Walk
Since this is a virtual event, you get to pick the start and the finish. You can choose a destination that is 1.55 miles away, and walk there and back. Or, you can go to spot that's 3.1 miles away and get a ride back. At a leisurely pace with a few breaks, you can do this in less than 90 minutes.
Still not sure if you want to give it a try? We'll tell you the same thing we tell all of our new Strides in Recovery team members as they start their walk/run. "I promise you'll feel better in an hour than you do right now." Go ahead and see for yourself. You can do this!

Virtual Multi-Day Beginner Half Marathon
If you can walk a mile a day for 13 days and 0.1 mile on the 14th day, you can do a half marathon! Or, you can go several miles at a time. So what if you take breaks that last overnight or a few nights. You still finished and you still get the half marathon finisher medal.
After you complete your registration, you'll be able to upload your results and track your progress day by day.
