Virtual 5K: Springing Through SLO

Join the Young Professionals Networking Group for a virtual 5K benefitting the Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo (CAPSLO) this spring! Run, walk, skip, or stroll anywhere in SLO throughout two weeks in May and record your results on our race page. Then join us for a celebratory Zoom event announcing our 5K winning teams and individuals!

How It Works: Register to participate (registration benefits CAPSLO), create or join a team, or choose to run solo, run your 5K anytime between May 7th-21st, and record your results on our results page! Be sure to congratulate others as they complete their run, or even re-do your run for a faster time! Then, join us on Zoom on May 22nd from 4:30-5pm for a celebratory event!

Awards: On May 22nd, we will announce and have prizes for the team and individual that fundraised the most for CAPSLO, and the individuals with the fastest 5K running time. Be sure to join for some fantastic networking and some top-secret deals from our participating sponsors!

Where Can I Run?: Enjoy the Pismo Preserve, twice around the Laguna Lake trail in SLO, or twice around the Atascadero Lake in Atascadero will complete your virtual 5K! Feel free to explore other areas around our beautiful county.
