Trail Work Series - Event #4 Red Rock Clean Up
Volunteers will meet at the First Crossing Day Use Area (34.545739, -119.778862). RPL Ambassadors will coordinate with getting volunteers parking passes.
There's potential for driving on a closed forest road into the Santa Ynez Recreation Area to clean up trash. High-clearance vehicles are needed for those who want to drive in; try to make carpool arrangements before arriving. This event may require a total of 2-5 miles of walking depending on where we can drive to pick up trash. We'll be crossing the river a lot, so sandals and a bathing suit are optional for a swim afterward.
As additional details are finalized, they will be provided in updates to registered participants.
