Water Station/Course Marshal/Tear Down 7:00 AM to Noon
Check in at registration and then proceed to course marshal or water station location. (Some water station 'teams' will not need to check in - just proceed to your designated station.)
Direct racers, assist with traffic control and keep course clean and safe. Course marshals should wear a safety vest while on the course. Not all shifts will last until noon.

Finish Line/Expo Area Assist/Tear Down 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Will assist with clipping timing chips off of participants' shoes, keeping food area clean and stocked, photography, etc
