60 Minute Race -- Tons of fun, slightly less agony

This 60-minute category is for folks who want a fun challenge with a little less suffering. This is perfect for kid teams, parent/kid teams, and adult teams who are in it more for the fun than the agony.

Note: if you are all about intense competition, we'd rather have you in the 90-minute race. No throwing elbows, pushing, or trampling other athletes in the 60-minute race.

(Technically no violence in the 90-minute race either, but we'll allow some shake n' bake.)

90 minute race -- maximum fun, maximum agony.

The 90-minute race is designed for anyone who wants a real lung-burner of a challenge. This is for folks who are a little more competitive or who just want the maximum amount of suffering. Costumes and goofiness are still encouraged.

Note: We strongly discourage children in the 90-minute race.
