THIS COURSE IS ABSOLUTELY FLAT and potentially the fastest course in CT if you'd like to challenge yourself. Otherwise just enjoy the run or walk at any speed. All abilities are welcome.
Police provide safety at key spots on the course. Roads do remain open so be aware of traffic. The section thru Seaside Park is quiet and scenic with terrific views of the water the entire time.
Stay to the right on all roads of this course for safety. this allows for a lead vehicle and a sag wagon for protection.
PLEASE DO NOT EXCHANGE, give or take someone's bib. This will cause many problems in all the results and delay emergency services if needed. If a bib transfer is needed on race day go STRAIGHT TO OUR TIMER before the start!

Event: Sound Tiger Cub Kids Run
200-400 YARDS depending on the amount and ages of the little tykes. Our mascot "STORM" will be there. This is a non competitive fun run. Adults can run with their kids to avoid any drama that might otherwise ensue.
