The 5K runs partly on the road and partly through Salmon Brook Park. It starts just south of Granby Middle School on Route 10, continues south before entering Salmon Brook Park for a loop through the park, and then returns to Route 10. Runners continue north on Route 10 and turn left into the semi-circle driveway in front of Granby Memorial High School, finishing at the high school.

The 10K starts just south of Granby Middle School on Route 10 and offers a unique mix of road and trail, making it both beautiful and challenging for runners looking for a change of scenery. After departing from the 5K course, the 10K continues south on the west side of Route 10 to Canton Road, where runners turn right. The course then enters the McLean Game Refuge, featuring more than two miles of running through a scenic stretch of forest, before exiting back onto the west side of Route 10. Runners continue north on Route 10 and turn left into the semi-circle driveway in front of Granby Memorial High School, finishing at the high school. The Kids' 1-mile starts and finishes in front of Granby Memorial Middle with a loop using the fields behind the schools. Parents are welcome to line the course to watch and cheer on their favorite runner.
