Event: 9th Annual Milford Trick or Trot Virtual 5K Walk/Run
The 9th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk to benefit The Beth-El Center in Milford, CT will be virtual this year! The event is sponsored by the law firm of Harlow, Adams, and Friedman, P.C. and Sikorsky Credit Union.
All are welcome to participate. Enjoy a leisurely walk or invigorating run wherever you want! Race end times are based on the honor system.

- Virtual Yoga: October 31 - 9:00 a.m. - Yoga with Wendy Dulin (Owner, Home Yoga) - Virtual login information will be emailed at the time of race registration
- Halloween Costume Contest: October 31 - Anytime - Post a photo to Instagram using the hashtag #MilfordTrickOrTrot2020
- Virtual Trivia: October 31 - November 2 - Anytime
- Music by the Elwoods: Date TBA
