Military Appreciation Day 5K

MAD 5K is a relatively flat course with beautiful water views along much of the run.
Plan on arriving 30-60 minutes before race start time to ensure you have time to park and check in and pick up swag and get situated.
Water station at ½ way point.
Water for finish line.
With participant purchase each racer will obtain free access to parking at Ocean Beach Park. You will also have access to the 3:00 PM Veteran War Medal ceremony.
Custom Medal winner for top men and women overall and in every 10 year division.
T-shirts to all racers who register no later than July 23.

09:30 AM final finishers

100% net proceeds are donated to US Navy Marine Corp Relief Society

We will be offering T-shirts for anyone who registers until two weeks prior to race day.
