5k Individual Run/Walk - No Training Checkpoints

Runners/Walkers can participate in the first wave and run/walk a straight 5k. Participants that choose later wave times will hit checkpoints along the route and meet our volunteer PT instructors who will guide you through calisthenics. Spend the morning training like the green!

First wave is 7:00
Next wave to start at 7:10 and every 10 minutes after until 8:00.
