January is National Human Trafficking Prevention Month, and we’re lifting our voices and our footsteps to end human trafficking. Shatter the Stigma is a global movement uniting runners, walkers, churches, schools, and businesses in the fight for rescue, restoration, and hope for survivors. Hosted by Tooles Therapeutic Services, this virtual 5K lets you take part from anywhere in the world.
Event Details
Format: Virtual. Run or walk your 5K anywhere: a trail, a treadmill, your neighborhood, or alongside your church or team.
Race window: 1/04/2027 through 1/11/2027
Global Day of Unity: January 11, 2027, Wear Blue Day. Wear blue, complete your 5K, and post your photos with #ShatterTheStigma and #WearBlueDay to stand with survivors and raise awareness.
Distance: 5K (3.1 miles), at your own pace. All ages and abilities welcome.

Human trafficking is happening in our communities and around the world, and silence and stigma keep it hidden. Every step you take helps educate others, break the stigma, and fund the organizations working on the front lines.
Where Your Registration Goes:
Our goal is to raise $20,000 or more, with $5,000 designated to each partner organization working on the front lines:
