Delaware Needs A Hugg Virtual Events

This is a Virtual 5K Run/Walk that you run or walk wherever and whenever you choose in the month of August. As we would love for you to be able to run/walk in person, organizing an event of that magnitude takes a lot of manpower AND due to COVID-19 we must keep our distance and be safe! Please remember this when you are running your race! Then post your time to see where you rank...if you want to. Best time wins a prize. In case of a tie, winner will be chosen at random by September 10, 2020. Have fun!! (A 5K is 3.1 miles.)

This is a Virtual 15 Mile Bike Ride that you complete wherever and whenever you choose in the month of August. You get to pick the location and the time! The 15 miles does not have to be completed all at once. One winner will be chosen at random by September 10, 2020.

Participation is easy and FUN!! This is a Virtual Scavenger Hunt. A list of clues will be emailed to you along with link to the Facebook event page. You search for the items on your own whenever you want. There are 3 Scavenger Hunts so you can participate wherever you are - Kent County DE, North Fork LI or Anywhere USA. You have the month of August to complete this event. Once you register, go to the Delaware Needs A Hugg Virtual Race Series page and join. Then when you find the item, post a picture of it in the correct album. If you do not have a Facebook account email photos to Friendsofjacihugg@gmail.com. The person who finds the most items will win a prize. In the event of a tie, a winner will be chosen at random by September 10, 2020. Get out there and have some fun...while social distancing and wearing a mask if warranted!
