📬 Shipping & Kit Delivery

When will I get my kit?
All physical VIP Packs (including your limited-edition wooden medal and your bottle of Açaí Protein) will be carefully packed and shipped via USPS Domestic Ground by December 20, 2026.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed. We ship nationwide across the United States.

⏱️ How to Submit Your Time (Optional)

This is a fun, self-paced challenge. Tracking your time is completely optional, but if you want to see your name on the official leaderboard, follow these steps between October 26 and December 20, 2026 [RunSignup for Races]:

1- Track your 5K or 10K run using any GPS app or watch (such as Garmin, Strava, Apple Watch, or MapMyRun).

2- Go to the Results tab on this RunSignup page [RunSignup for Races].

3- Click "Submit Virtual Results" and enter your time [RunSignup for Races].

📸 Share Your Steps!

We want to see the Florida running community moving for the Amazon! Take a photo of your run, or a selfie with your Açaí Protein drink once it arrives, and tag us on Instagram using the hashtag #AcaiProteinRun and #StepsForTheAmazon.

What will I receive? You will receive a high-resolution, print-ready Official Digital Race Bib and an Official Certificate of Completion featuring the partnership seal of Associação Kanindé.

Delivery: These digital assets will be delivered directly to your registration email as downloadable files immediately upon completing your registration.

By choosing this tier, 100% of your $20.00 registration fee (minus standard platform processing fees) goes directly to the front-line conservation projects managed by Associação Kanindé. Since there are no manufacturing or shipping costs for physical goods, this tier represents the most efficient way to fund forest surveillance and the defense of indigenous territories.

You are still fully welcome to log your miles! If you decide to walk, jog, or run a 5K or 10K anywhere in the world, you can optionally log your finish time on our Results tab between October 26 and December 15, 2026, to see your name on the global solidarity leaderboard [RunSignup for Races].
