HER Run Virtual 5K
Run, walk, or jog from anywhere for the HER Run Virtual 5K! Instructions for checking in will be provided.
Register by May 15th to receive a HER Run t-shirt, an EmpowHERment rubber bracelet, and a car decal! All participants who register after May 15th will be eligible for any extra merch while supplies last.

HER Run Celebration
Complete the race, then join us at the EmpowHERment Community Center to celebrate our inaugural HER Run 5K! Network with our sponsors, shop from local vendors, and enter our raffles for fabulous prizes! All proceeds will go towards our programs' funding, such as workshops, single mothers support groups, public hygiene pantry, and advocacy services. We hope to have you run with us!
