SATURDAY:
6:00 AM Registration Opens; Day of Race registration (if available), check-in, packet pick up.
7:30AM - First Wave Start
10:00 AM - Awards Ceremony (time is approximate) COURSE
SWIM: in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean (beach start) with a fresh water shower into transition #1. Swim caps are provided in your race packet and are REQUIRED during the swim.
BIKE: the flat, fast, out & back course along the coastline of scenic Amelia Island on Northeast Florida's beautiful Atlantic Coast.
RUN: our out and back course with water, sports drink, and sponges available at water stations along the North Fletcher island community.
