5K IN THE PARK

Our 5K is around the Beautiful Lake Eva (Same course used for the Ironman 70.3) All registered runners will receive a t-shirt and medal. Awards will be presented to overall male, overall female, 1st place in each age group and best costume. Because our race is on Halloween, come in your race friendly costume. There will be a water station at the 1.2 mile. After your run stay around for the Fall Festival and Expositions in the Park. All proceeds are for the benefit of Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County, Inc.

Register NOW for the physical race on October 17th or be a "VIRTUAL RUNNER".
If you can't make it to the physical race, we understand. But we have an answer for you! We have a growing number of people that will be running or walking the race at home – all over the world! These are our "Virtual Runners." So, there are NO excuses not to participate!
You can sleep in and still get a t-shirt! Or pick your own time to commit to 3.1 miles. You can even have your own Virtual Runner Team! The largest virtual team will receive a special award.
Or - your family & friends can do a walk/run on a local bike trail or around town that same day
We encourage each family/team to have a goal to sign up 10 (or more) Virtual Runners.
