Race for Independence

Come out and Run or Walk in Guardian Angels, Inc.'s Race for Independence on July 2, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Park sponsored by Students Survival! Donations raised will go to support Summer Adventure Camps for substance exposed newborns, visually impaired, or any special needs child!

Every child deserves the same opportunity as every other child!

This one week summer day camp and 4 day sleepaway camp is provided to the children and families Free of cost. These children learn daily independent living skills and socialization skills. Children have left camp to go home and prepare their own meals, have gone from never going outside to play to leaving camp and going outside to play every day. Children have learned about gun safety, fire safety, and even going home and having their parents practice safety fire drills with them in their own homes to creating the meeting place outside, and so much more! So come out and help support Guardian Angels, Inc.'s summer camps for our children!

At Guardian Angels, Inc. our mission is to build public awareness about the effects of drugs and prescription drug abuse on unborn children and throughout their lives. This, 501c3, Non-Profit will also provide the proper tools and equipment in the homes of children with special needs and visual impairments. Every day we are committed to empowering children to achieve lifelong success.
