Run, walk, swim, or even rollerblade! You choose HOW you want to do the miles, WHEN you want to do the miles, and WHERE you want to do them! Complete the challenge indoor, outdoor, in your neighborhood or in your backyard. The point is to keep moving and stay healthy – also, remember to follow the latest CDC local and state guidelines as they are changing daily.
