WVR Kids Run Club- FALL 2022 Edition

WVR Kids Run Club FALL 2022 Edition will kick off on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 ! The FALL 2022 Edition will run from Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 until Sunday, November 20th, 2022 and culminate with Central Florida Legends Fountain of Youth 5k as the official goal race for KRC for this session. Legends 5k will take place on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 8:00am in Debary, FL. All registered youth participants will receive a bib to run at the race and a beautiful 5k medal upon completing the race. Parents and other family members are welcome to join by registering at https://runsignup.com/Race/FL/DeBary/CFLegends.

Participants will be capped at 25 registered participants total for the session
Water/ beverage is encouraged to be brought to each practice session by the individual participant
Pre-packaged snacks and run tokens will be distributed to-go at the end of each session 
ALL practice sessions will be at Mill Lake Park in Orange City on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 pm- 6:30pm 

-All WVR KRC participants who are registered for the FALL 2022 Edition will receive :

Lanyard with tokens for each session ( total of 12 tokens per registered participant)
Unisex KRC FALL 2022 shirt

WVR Kids Run Club is for ages 4 - 12* and will run from Wednesday, October, 5th, 2022 through Sunday, November 20th, 2022. Over a 6 week training period, kids will be learning running techniques, basic nutrition  and stretching practices through live, in-person practice sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays, in preparation for Central Florida Legends Fountain of Youth 5k on Sunday, November 20th, 2022!   All Run Coaches have been effectively screened through the West Volusia Runners.
