This is an out and back Run / Walk 5K Challenge, if you elect to participate in the Challenge, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile: JUMPING - JACKS - SIT UPS - LUNGES - AIR SQUATS - PUSHUPS
