Waves: Because this race is 5 laps around Mirror Lake, each wave will begin and finish before the next wave begins. Participants will be assigned a wave based on their anticipated finish time (reported during registration). Please take a look at the wave times listed below and do not register for a wave that will not allow you to finish in the time allotted:
-Wave 1 - 30:00 and under (8:00am)
-Wave 2 - 30:01-35:00 (8:35am)
-Wave 3 - 35:01-43:00 (9:15am)
-Wave 4 - 43:01-1:00:00 (10:00am)
