This VIRTUAL 100-mile option allows participants to ride 100 miles without actually attending the ride "in person" at Sebastian Fitness on 11/15. Here's how!
* Choose any day the week of 11/8 - 11/15 to ride
* Ride 100 miles outside or on an indoor static bike
(riders cover an average of 20 miles per hour on an indoor bike)
* Post a pic of yourself during your ride on social media with the tags #100milesfor Phil and #pheelgoodfoundation
* Email your pic to us, too! info@pheelgoodfoundation.com
We'll Mail Your 100-Mile Finisher's Medal and Century Ride Shirt to You!
